Lettuces or greens
A cooked grain, like barley, oat groats, red wheat, white wheat, quinoa, rice.
A cooked legume, like lentils, red beans, white beans, black beans, chickpeas.
Broccoli trees, small.
Sprouted seeds if you have them.
Tomato or strawberry diced.
Lightly salted or sugared, dill and sweet pickles, diced small.
Green peppers, red peppers, zucchini, onion, diced small.
Dressing: our most used dressing is oil free. Tomato sauce (no salt or sugar), smoked paprika, a little chili seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, one onion, some vinegar, blended in a blender.
