You have come to the right place as we have tons of threads on what is eaten by breakfasts, lunches and suppers (dinners) - most people identity where they are from and so you can easily determine who is eating what.

There are also many great YouTubers from America and elsewhere who do "what I eat in a day" videos on a regular basis.

Congrats on 4 years, we are also days away from our 4 year veganiversary.
