250 g stoned prunes
250 g plain soya yogurt
150 ml soya cream
1 tbs agave syrup
1 orange zest
juice of a whole orange
a cup of cold tea

Simmer the prunes in some tea or water for approx 10 minutes. Leave to cool
and strain.
Place all of the ingredients plus the prunes into a FP or blender until smooth.
Chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
Serve in individual bowls with a few spoons of granola.

Tip : You can use 1/2 soya milk 1/2 soya cream instead of cream.
