I haven't seen the film, but I read the article. Its seems like the main point of the film is stuff that has already been covered a number of times. People changing their diets on an infividual basis is something everyone here already know about.
I thought from the subtitle, "government critizesd", it would be more on policy. But from the article that policy changes were more of an afterthought. Only in the last paragraph did the author say, "The cost of pollution and deforestation should be ’embedded’ in the price of food, she said. Similarly, she argued that more ethically produced food such as organic should not be more expensive for both the consumer and producer."
Yep, individually we can do a lot - maybe enough - but government policy should be just as important.
