Vegan Oven Broiled Asparagus with Smoked Salt

1 lb fresh asparagus, trim about 2 inches from the bottom
2 cloves grated garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
2TBS olive oil,plus a little extra for drizzling
1 TBS smoked salt

In a large bowl,mix olive oil, garlic and lemon juice;
Add asparagus and toss till well coated;
Transfer to broiler pan, taking care not to let pieces overlap,else they will not cook well;
Place asparagus under broiler for 6-8 minutes,shaking the pan after 4 minutes to turn the asparagus;
Broil till slightly charged and crisp-tender;
Remove and drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with smoked salt.
Serve immediately.
