Lidl are doing animals a disservice this Christmas with their campaign showing a kind-hearted turkey breeder, and that stupid woman being happy to eat them because they get to go outside sometimes. Why are there no vegan food producers advertising on television?

Hey, my guess is that they are generally much smaller companies and maybe don't have the finances to advertise on TV, and there's also subsidies somewhere down the line which helps the companies to get meat and dairy dirt cheap for them to profit off largely :/
I highly doubt the turkeys are treated the way the advert shows and are still sold at Lidl prices.
To be fair iv seen adverts for Vegan meals the Quorn ones come to mind but yea not nearly enough but will go up wit demand.
