New vegan!

Hey guys. I have just recently decided to give being a vegan a try. I have been doing it for 27 days. So far i have eaten lots of veggies and beans and bought frozen food and veggie burgers that are vegan friendly. I really like this lifestyle but have no clue on what else i should make besides veggie stew and beans. I do not like tofu. It could be the way i cooked it. Any suggestions?

I'm not a huge fan of tofu either, it's really good in soup though as it soaks up the soup and in result gives it flavour.

Here's a little list.
  • Soup
  • Salad
  • Salad sandwiches
  • Potatos, beans & cheese
  • Pasta, beans & cheese
  • Avocado on toast
  • Peanut butter and jam sandwiches
  • Chopped tomatoes on toast
  • Rice & beans
  • Steamed vegetables and rice
  • Porridge
  • Corn on the cob
There'd be a larger list if I didn't have to leave the house in 10 minutes, hope this gives you ideas though! Also, remember to check the label. :)
