New to Vegan...currently mostly veggie

Hi folks.

I am looking for ways to incorperate the vegan diet into my lifestyle. I have over the years become more and more veggie, cutting out meat, but still eating shellfish. I have found the transition rather difficult, as I am on Wwarfarin (blood thinner). This medication, which keeps me from having strokes/blood clots, means i have to be careful with what I eat. Anything with high levels of vitimin K in are a big no go...So I was hoping to find some idea's and recipie's to try, before I commit to going fully vegan....

Hope I can find some useful stuff on here, and some support!

I don't think you'll have an issue with plants with vitamin K unless you consume a stupid amount of them? Though I'm no doctor or adviser sorry!
