Greetings folks. It's due to my fiancee' that I've gotten to where I am vegan wise. I still cheat fairly often, but I try to limit it to one day a week, with occasional small cheats during the week (adding dairy creamer to my coffee at work). But I am transitioning from an almost exclusively meat/carb diet, so I have come a long way.
