That is the rather surprising claim Anonymous is making:
(Sounds like a lot of BS to me, but ...)

From this page, with more BS:
Anonymous: NASA Is About to Announce the Discovery of Intelligent Alien Life – Anonymous

Newsweek has a less optimistic view, but they do seem mention the James Webb Space Telescope:
And while space researchers are close to being able to identify extraterrestrial life, current telescopes do not allow them to spot the chemical fingerprints—traces of water and gases that indicate life, known as biosignatures—on planets outside the solar system (known as exoplanets).

That will soon change: in 2018, NASA will launch the James Webb Space Telescope, an ultra-sensitive device that means they will be able to see these traces of extraterrestrial life, should they exist. But even then, biosignatures do not provide 100 percent proof: for final confirmation, a spacecraft would need to travel to the exoplanet in question and collect samples.

What do you think? When will we discover intelligent alien life forms?

There are a lot of people on Youtube that pretend to be Anonymous...
The video is linked from the first URL (anonews.co) which is listed among the first citations in the Anonymous article on Wikipedia.
Even if they did have hard evidence, NASA would never reveal it to the general public.
Why not, do you think? As Newsweek says, it would be a big win for them to be able to announce this.

Widespread panic. There are a substantial number of people in the United States that would have a mental breakdown because alien life would mean that humans aren't the center of gods concern. In addition, people would start loosing faith, and it would be harder for politicians to justify sending people to war, and in general keep them in line. "Religion is what keeps the poor from murdering the rich"...
