I adopted this rabbit from a shelter last Friday. I'm attaching a picture to show how it is living right now, in this dog exercise pen in my bedroom. I let her out to exercise but she has to be confined in there when I'm not supervising her because I haven't bunny proofed my electrical cords yet, which you do by putting tubing over them.
Rabbits only poop and pee outside of their litter box when they are in a cage. In this exercise pen, my rabbit does not poop or pee outside of her litter box ever. It also matters where their hay is because they like to poop and eat hay at the same time, so you have to always keep their hay inside of the litter box.
