2 tbs peanut butter (Pip & Nuts is the best)
1/2 sliced banana( frozen if possible)
vanilla extract
200 ml almond milk (chilled) or any other pb milk.
2 tbs vegan cream (optional)
Sweetener to taste ( brown sugar, date paste, agave syrup, stevia etc)
Add some crushed ice into a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend
until smooth.
Tip : A drizzle of maple syrup plus a sprinkle of sea salt makes the smoothie even tastier.
