Quorn Cutlets
Salsa
Taco Seasoning
Plant based cheese
Season both sides of cutlets with taco seasoning
Place cutlets in a glass baking dish
Pour salsa over cutlets
Bake until hot- about 20-30 minutes
*If using cheese sprinkle on top when the chicken is done and melt using the broiler on low.
* I serve with Spanish Rice
