400 g raspberries
50 g icing sugar or sweetener
1 tsp lemon juice
Blend the ingredients in a food processor. Sieve the raspberry purée to
get rid of the seeds.
Tip : Serve with vegan vanilla ice cream. Drizzle over chocolate cake, pancakes, peaches or yogurt.
