Vegan Kielbasa Fried Rice

The Recipe:

2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2/3 Cup Brown Rice
1 Bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Tofurky Kielbasa
1 Rice Cooker
1 Microwave
1 Cooking Pan
1 Wooden Spoon
1 Plate
1 Fork

Dump brown rice and water into rice cooker
Close lid
Press button
Wait
Microwave frozen bag of mixed vegetables
Preheat extra virgin olive oil in cooking pan
Slice Tofurky kielbasa
Dump cooked brown rice into cooking pan
Add Tofurky kielbasa
Add not-frozen-anymore bag of mixed vegetables
Stir
Serve

Alton Browns oven rice --

preheat oven to 350 F. oil an 8x8 casserole, or similiar size.
boil 2 1/2 cups water or broth, add to 1 1/2 cups brown rice in casserole and cover with lid or foil.
Bake for 1 hour. Done. Done well every time.

I do not like Tofurky sausages. I got the bratwurst on sale, the last two I had on sub buns with peppers, onion and Daiya cheese- that was pretty good, but not on their own.
I'd make Field Roast anyday however, however it's never on sale....

You're welcome! I also add a little soy sauce.

And cilantro when the store isn't out of it.
