I'll be 68 this year and since Feb 1979 I have practice Tai Chi Chuan and started into Yoga 1973. Nowadays I do my Tai Chi forms every morning which includes sword and sabre forms which I mirror with left hand. My Tai Chi style is Wu 108 form and Cheng Man Chings short 37 Yang form (done mirrored).

I have been regular with Yoga classes since 2015, I can do Yoga at home but going to a studio is much nicer, especially when one of my locations has an outside deck.

My apartment building has a good size indoor swimming pool and fitness room with dumbbells, multi machine and cardio equipment. Closed coz of COVID-19 so me and my wife walk every day on nearby nature trails. Because I like to lift weights and the gym has been closed I bought a rubber strand chest expander for some upper body strength exercise.

We live on the 15th floor and often take the stairs up, 2 at a time.
