Hello everybody,
Just joined up today so thought I'd say hello on the introduction thread.

I've been vegan for 16 years now (went for ethical reasons but turns out it helped my health a lot too, bonus!), the whole household is vegan, and I used to run a little online/mail order vegan bakery before getting married. When I'm not cooking up new recipes (one of my obsessions) I'm either rescuing animals or usually fundraising for various charities on eBay.

Can't wait to chat to everyone on here, nice to meet some kindred spirits!
