If you could only juice one, which would be the better of the two - wheatgrass or broccoli sprouts. I’ve got health issues that I believe juicing these would be positively affected by but I have very limited space so I need advice on which one would be the best. Thanks for any advice.

The data I found is generally reliable for grown plants, not sprouts. Generally speaking, sprouts are more nutritious, and have higher amounts of beneficial compounds.

Between the two, wheat grass out performs broccoli flower clusters on multiple levels, however, broccoli (especially sprouts) have high levels of sulfurophane, which reverses DNA damage. Eat them raw. Cooking broccoli kills sulfurophane unless it's chopped and left for a time prior to cooking, or is chopped and treated with horseradish or raw mustard seed powder.

Be sure to check the calorie count, in both cases I wouldn't be depending on either solely for energy, although 100g of wheat grass packs a larger punch in this area.

Just a thought, the nutrient count (including calories) for broccoli sprouts would likely be much higher than the florets as shown, because it contains the seed. Unfortunately I could not find them on the database.
