can anyone be “fully” vegan? what about driving cars or accidentally stepping on insects? does the harm vegans unintentionally cause animals invalidate the vegan argument as a whole? in this interview, vegan activist gary yourosfky shares his opinion on this often-raised question.

Fully vegan?

It's an argument that only arises when people want the total avoidability of killing a cow and the total unavoidability of killing micro-organisms when we breathe to moraly equate.

I just like to posit that because Hitler had to breathe he had to gas millions of Jews.

Not wise to shove the sword of stupidity that far up it's wielders butt if you're not very quick at ducking punches, mind.

A vegan who has children with just one of the births that they are responsible for(children, grand-children, great grand children, etc.) becoming omnivore is responsible for more suffering than a vegetarian who has 0 children. Pesticides are another big problem. Diet is important but there are other issues to focus on as well that could be even more important.
