Hey there VeganForums!

My name is Louis. I was raised a vegetarian but switched to veganism about two years ago for a variety of reasons. I've never felt healthier or better about my eating. Never going back! Very excited to be a part of this community--seems like there are a lot of great tips and discussion.

I agree, though I've never really been a massive fan of fast food... For when I was a meat eater I definitely feel a lot heather!
