Help with energy levels

Hello, I'm relatively new being vegan and started back in January this year. I'm male, late 30s and noticed my energy levels become very low. In particular when I workout which is frustrating.

My workouts are quite intense and I've notice my body slowing down and generally feeling week and have to stop during training. Rather than feeling out of breath - it's more of a fatigue feeling where my body just feels week.

I've noticed my muscles, joints and chest cracking too and feel sore.

Could it be my diet, is there any advice out there regarding any possible causes or any foods I should be eating or even supplements I should take? I appreciate that it might not even be my diet but any advice would be appreciated.

I'm only going on what I've read or been told but iron levels possibly get effected or what about calcium levels?

It would help to know what you're eating. High protein is best for workouts.
