Hello, I am Daisy from Nature Foods. Our team is working on a new healthy drink (a plant-based milk alternative made from peas) and would love to hear your thoughts on how our new product should be named.

This milk alternative drink is packed with all the essential vitamins and minerals that are important for everyone (but especially for vegan diet, such as calcium, vitamin D, B12, omega 3 and so on). The drink is dairy, gluten, soy, and nut free. It's made from pea protein and of course, it's totally vegan friendly. :)

Thank you in advance!
This little survey shouldn't take up more than 2 minutes of your time.

Also feel free to comment with anything else you would like to add. :) All answers are anonymous.

Sending you all good vibes!

How about Easy Peasy Milk! : )

if you made some flavored milks.... easy peasy chocolate squeezy
easy peasy vanilla squeezy
or if you wanted to emphasize the supplements.
easy peasy omega 3 squeezy

I never see this in the stores anymore but I used to buy this really good "protein drink". it might have been Calfia or maybe Silk. the protein was from peas. but the milk was a blend of plant based milks. chocolate and vanilla. I think the blend was macadamia and coconut.

Ripple is from pea protein--I like the chocolate one really cold!
Silk has a protein blend, but I don't remember the mix. It was very tasty

I like that! It would be good if you could get cheeses from pea milk (?) to avoid all the 'it's not cheese' trolls. Easy Peasy, and kinda Cheesey
Now you got the idea! So many foks are so serious about all of this food stuff. We need to have more fun! And I like tofu as a cheese substitute. And even an ice cream substitute--silken tofu with blueberries is great, just eaten with a spoon! Goodbye yogurt, too. Silken tofu has the texture I love, and I can add ANYTHING to it!

You go, Lou! You got the Easy Peasy Ideasy!! We can create SO much good stuff, from the good stuff, by using our imaginations, and smiling at the whole thing! I make casseroles out of the CRAZIEST combos, and they are ALL delish! I use every spice I can find, in different combinations, and seeds and herbs. Come one, come all! Nutrition gets changed up that way, too. Vegan Life is FUN!! : )

I used to like silken shelf stable tofu--I can't stand the taste now! I used some the other day and it just tastes so weird to me now. I have noticed the conventional Mori-Nu has added an ingredient (forget now...) I miss using it for dips

My go to is homemade soy yogurt

The tofu I use is sold in the refrigerated section--Nasoya brand, I think. Also, tempeh is spectacular instead of cheese--chewy and a great sandwich filling. Good crumbled into casserole, too. Trader Joe's makes a nice one, in the fridge section. : )

I go to TJs all the time. I haven't tried their tempeh. I will put it on my list.
but I really like their Super Firm Tofu. It's expensive but I think since it's NOT packed in water it is a good deal. And you don't have to press it (much).

Just a tip--Whole Foods brand tofu is the least expensive I've found. And they have a nice variety. The firm is especially good. Surprising for "Whole Paycheck"!! : )

I almost never go to Whole Foods. I go to Safeway a lot. it's our big supermarket chain.i get Nasoya sometimes cause it's inexpensive. Safeway has their own brand and its pretty good and also competitively prices. mostly I get my TJs Super Firm. At some stores they have WildWood and Hodos. They are more expensive but sometimes they are on sale. I think those are west coast only brands.

That's the only one I buy!
I must say, I get NO cheese vibes from tempeh, or ideas to make it so!
There are better Tofus out there, like the Cleveland Tofu Company, but as long as Aldi is $1.59 I'm sticking with that one! It is quite good

I just bought 3 packs of silken tofu, the other day, and I mainly use it as a chip/veggie dip - just use an immersion blender (or similar) on the silken alone (until it is very smooth) and then mix in an onion soup mix and/or any other spices that you like. I usually add garlic powder (or roasted garlic itself) and some cayenne or paprika. It can be used to make hummus or any dip whatsoever.

I have seen it used as icing on a cake and if you google ... uses for silken tofu .... you will get an amazing number of suggestions.

What kind - the refrigerated or shelf stable? I very rarely use silken, so I've always bought Mori-Nu in the aeseptic boxes to keep on hand. They used to be fine, but for some time now I've found them to have a very 'off' taste
I know the fridge packed in water silken is fine, but doesn't suit my needs. I never see anything but Mori-Nu

Silken, where I buy it, doesn't come packed in water, it is one very very soft lump. Usually I buy it from the refrigerator section, which I did again, however this is a different brand which says Shelf Stable on the box, so I assume that it doesn't need refrigerating however I do keep it in the fridge in one of those boxes. Oh, and I just realized that silken does not necessarily mean soft - it is soft silken tofu that I buy. Mori Nu is the brand I usually buy however it was not available last time.

Yeah silken is different than regular soft. I guess the fridge silken isn't water packed. I like those, but that Mori-Nu just isn't pleasant anymore
Just saw a recipe for a cake/flan that calls for a whole tub so I'll just get the fridge pack
Ingredients in Mori Nu shelf stable:
Water, Soybeans, Soy Protein Isolate, Glucono-Delta-Lactone, Calcium Chloride.

Used to be just soybeans and calcium chloride--now only their organic is plain
