Are you transitioning to vegan now? If so great, it's a good thing to do.
What sort of tips do you need:
Nutrition - eat a balanced diet of vegetables, fruit, grains and legumes with a source of vitamin B12 (usually a supplement) omega 3, iodine and omega 3. More in my blog here:

General - Remember to eat enough food, some newbies end up hungry because they don't realize vegan foods are less calorie dense and they need to eat more. Use a vegan diet to become more healthy by eating more fruit and veg, not more junk food.
