Hi there,

I chose veganism in February 2021 at the age of 28 as the mindset to live by as it naturally fits! My personal health, the positive effect it has on the planet and of course, for the welfare of animals were my motivators.

I train hard, eat well and grow my own fruit and vegetables. I’m looking forward to all that this forum has to offer, especially being able to associate with like-minded, people!
