I am a firm believer that nature is man's greatest physician and therefore foods from nature is always best. I have joined this forum with the hope of sharing and learning.

Hello from a fellow newbie. Where in the Caribbean? (My late husband grew up mostly on Trinidad; his family came from Barbados, and he'd immigrated to the U.S. from Canada.)
