My name is James, I'm 42 and am a London born now living in Leeds.

I gave up all animal products about 6 weeks ago after first wanting to cure IBS and then watching What The Health, Cowspiracy and Dominion et al. Horrified is not the word I'd use to describe how I feel.

Anyway, I'm here to learn, share, get cooking tips and be part of a community.
