Marcela, Can you tell us about some of your favorite foods and what motivated you to become vegetarian?

 

[marcela olega]

not just vegitarian, I eat mainly raw food that have so many benefits. All 'modern' deseases are direct result from modern processed food, 50 years ago there was less diabetics, obese people, cancer etc etc. All from modern lifestyle. Eating raw foods not only makes me more healthy but it also has a very positive effect on natural beauty (figure/ skin etc).

just the common ones for the salad. With healthy dressing based on chia oil, sesame oil or olive oil.
