Vegan Fresh Strawberries with Balsamic Reduction

2 c balsamic vinegar
1TBS brown sugar
1 pt. wash, dried and quartered strawberries

Pour vinegar into a small saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce to simmer. Add sugar and continue to simmer, whisking occasionally and taking care not to burn or reduce too far. Reduce by half to one cup. Remove from heat, and allow to cool and continue to thicken.
After reduction has cooled, store in a squeeze bottle or small jar with tight fitting lid.

Drizzle over fresh strawberries. Enjoy!

Also delicious drizzled over brussels sprouts (or any other roasted veggies).
