[Second Summer]

Hello everyone!

I was surprised to find that VF didn't have any actual rules anywhere.

So please note that I've created some simple, mostly common-sense rules, based partly on what I believe is already unwritten policy.

There is a link at the bottom of every page titled 'Terms and rules', but here is the link if you can't find it:

There were already some 'Terms' and this part of the page remains unchanged.

If you spot any issues with any of this or have ideas to how the rules can be improved, then please let me know, either here or in a private conversation.

Thanks for this. I wasn't aware there weren't any rules posted anywhere, TBH. And frankly, I'm surprised (in a happy way) how we manage to stay fairly civilized in the absence of said rules.

I might suggest that new members not be able to post in the ads section until after some number of posts... Feel free to come up with the number - but you know, just to deter people from coming here solely to sell something.
