While browsing an extensive international food aisle in a discount store I remembered the label of parve, meaning contains no animal products except eggs or fish. I was looking at broths in particular, and they had quite a selection of parve beef and chicken boullion cubes and powders.

Just thought to pass this along as it is a help in reading labels. Fish and egg have to be clearly marked so it makes it easier, esp in the case of 'natural flavors'
