1/4 cup of pumkin puree
A few drops of lemon juice
A few drops of Valencia orange extract
1 tsp of vanilla paste
1 tbs of maple syrup or a few drops of extract
1/4 tsp Mixed spice (or pumpkin spice)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup of almond vegan milk ( or 1/2 cup of orange juice and 1/2 cup milk)
1 tbs of vegan cream (optional)
1 or 2 Ginger Snaps or a slice of gingerbread (optional)
Add a few spoons of crushed ice into a blender.
Add all the ingredients.
Blend until smooth. Add a bit of muscovado sugar
or sweetener if necessary.
