First one's that spring to mind are the soundtracks to 'The Crow' & 'The Fountain'.(Clint Mansell is awesome.) Those are 2 of my favourite films too.

I was going to post Moon, but I see Cerebellion already has!
And of course the LOTR soundtracks are fantastic. Some others: Sweet November, City of Angels, Tomb Raider, Romeo + Juliet, Oh Brother Where Art Thou. All I can think of right now.
It's hard to post just ONE song for some of these because the entire album is great.
