When do the UK's clocks go forward in 2023?

The clocks change twice a year in the UK as a means of transferring an hour of daylight from the end of the day to the beginning

I don't sleep well when the clocks back i.e. over here. However, when I'm in Brighton, I sleep really well as it's one hour behind.
