My name is Fern Jenkins, I am currently studying an undergraduates degree in Culinary Arts Management and am currently undertaking research for my dissertation. My dissertation title is: A shift in Britain’s cognizance: An investigation of the leading influential drivers of vegan conversion. The pilot surveys aim is to establish respondents views and success of survey format. The survey consists of less than 20 questions and should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
