I'm going to rewatch bits of it myself since the connection kept going in and out last night. What I was able to see was very interesting though. Dr. Barnard's debate partner was Gene Bauer, the founder of Farm Sanctuary. The people with the opposing views were some some rancher who raised 'happy cows' and a 'nutritional science researcher' named Chris Masterjohn who is a Weston Price shill.
