I absolutely loathe low fat diets and food. However, I also think that it's easier to stick to a diet if it suits you.
 
I like there to be a little bit of oil or other fats in my food, too. It helps with making me feel full, I think. Like I'm eating something of substance. (Not that I need to lose weight, particularly.)
