1 heaped tbs (or more) of date paste Vegan Date Paste
1 tsp vanilla
a dash of lemon juice
200 ml almond milk (chilled)
3 tbs pb cream
A small chopped frozen banana (optional)

Place a few ice cubes into a blender and whizz.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Tip : Replace the almond milk with coconut milk.
You can also add a frozen, chopped banana to the recipe.
It is key that the ingredients are chilled to obtain a creamy and tasty smoothie.
