In all my years I've never seen a survey about being omni and deficiencies , or pyschological state, or social whatever....
I have seen many times omnis taken by ambulances for low potassium. Heart attacks. Diabetic sugar issues.....
Never knew any vegans hospitalized with protein or iron problems, for all the fuss...
Eating properly doesn't discriminate. You can eat poorly whether you eat animals or not. Nutrition is nutrition
