More and more in today’s world we can’t conceive of living without a car. Today I wanted to share with you how I haul lots of food, boxes, and more totally car-free and give you a tour of my local co-op and tasty vegan food, including my own grocery haul!

Great video! Very inspiring. I'm glad you have a good co-op to shop at. I shop at Coopportunity, the co-op we have here in Santa Monica. It's a nice place with a great vibe and great people working there. Unfortunately I have to haul my stuff in my car because I don't have a bike. Right now.
