300 g finely shredded white cabbage
160 g stoned chopped dates (reserve a few sliced dates)
Vinaigrette :
3 tbs EVO
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs of soya yogurt or cream
Make the salad dressing with a hand whisk. In a large salad bowl add the cabbage and dates
toss all the ingredients together. Arrange a few sliced dates over the salad before serving.
