250 g blanched almonds
50 g non dairy butter
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 - 1 level tsp smoked paprika
sea salt
Gently fry the almonds in the non dairy butter and oil in a frying pan until golden brown.
Drain on kitchen paper. Sprinkle the almonds whilst still warm with the paprika and salt.
Tip : Perfect for a coctail party. Use other spices i.e. curry, cumin, chilli.
