Dear Plant-based community, I'm a recently converted vegetarian, and am reaching out for advice regarding my new startup venture--recycling wasted barley into usable, plant-based protein. I'm truly excited about our opportunity to deliver a plant-based protein that is tastier and more soluble than others out there in a sustainable way.
