Man-Machine Business Voicemail Box Full--What To Do?

I've been trying to telephone a business today, calling during business hours. It sounds like the phone is ringing, maybe eight to ten times. The it says something like, "Your call has been forwarded to an automated voicemail system. The voicemail mailbox is full. Please hang up. [Click!]"

What the hell?

I guess I'm going to have to drive over to their shop.

Any better ideas?

I visited the shop. Apparently, I had programmed the wrong number into my cellphone.
