- 1 cup of broad beans cooked
- 1 400g can of chickpeas
- 1/2 cup ( at least) of olive oil
- lots of salt and pepper ( to taste)
- 1/2 cup of sweet chili sauce
- 1/2 cup spinach washed and chopped
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 2 cloves of finely minced garlic
- Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until really, really smooth.
- If the dip is "chunky" then add some more olive oil or a little water to smooth it further.
