I suffer from bone spurs and bone degeneration in my spine. Ditching dairy alone was a huge benefit for myself. My best advice for you is to keep moving. The worst thing you can do is give up and become sedentary. I believe a vegan diet will help a lot. It may not reduce the damage already done, but it could possibly help prevent it from getting worse.
