Vegan Black Bean Dip



1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
½ +cup tomato, diced (I use canned when tomatoes are not in season.)
2 T cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
4 chopped green onions
3 T red wine or balsamic vinegar
Hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and serve with tortilla chips. It's also great as a topping or side for a variety of Mexican dishes, from tacos and tortillas to various casseroles.

It's also fat free, for those who care about such stuff.
