What tea bags does everyone in the UK use? I'm just finishing off my giant box of pg tips and won't be buying any more as they are owned by unilever so I'd prefer an alternative xxx

I drink loose leaf tea now, but before I used to use Clipper who are fairtrade. I never thought about loose leaf tea being fairtrade actually, my current one is from Whittards, I'll have to look into it.

You asked for the best tea bags, and I had some really good ones once. They were a gift, and came in little fabric bags and the tea tasted brilliant. I can't remember the brand though!

I just use Asda brand for everyday tea. And then buy Twinnings for Earl Grey/Chai etc.

Are you boycotting everything made by Unilever? Because they do own a few other tea brands...liptons and brooke bond off the top of my head.

Tetley is the only brand I've found tastes remotely like tea in my shoddy hard water area.
