I was there last Spring! I bought vegan pepperoni, maple "bacon" deli slices, "mozzarella" and bee free honey. I loved all but the mozzarella as it had a slight off taste. I was never a big fan of cheese anyway (I was intolerant to dairy/cheese and avoided it for years before becoming vegan). I love that the ingredients in most of their food are local and not far out there processed chemicals. They use stuff like chickpeas, liquid smoke, nutritional yeast, vital wheat gluten.
