James Wong's book How to Eat Better: How to Shop, Store & Cook to Make Any Food a Superfood is 99p (less than £1) on Amazon UK today only. It's not completely vegan, I think (I have only just started reading it). But most of the book is divided into 2 sections, 1 called "Vegetables" and the other "Fruit". Each fruit or vegetable has its own section. Lots of useful info, e.g. Put mushrooms on a windowsill for a couple of hours and they'll contain 100 times the vitamin D2 than if they were chopped into a soup straight from the fridge.
