Whenever someone questions me about veganism (which seems to be a daily occurrence) and they mention no B12 - i usually reply 'well, actually the most 'natural' way to get b12 is to eat our poo as this contains B12 - animals get B12 from supplements' - they usually back off on this topic after that
I have just discovered this forum and after having a look through the threads I would just like to say thank you! Thank you for providing a new community for me to share my ideas with like minded people!
They are far too 'meaty' for me. I bought some beyond meat burgers and as soon as i started eating them i couldn't take it and had to stop. The 'meatiness' put me off. I think these burgers are definitely catered more for people who are transitioning or used to like meat before.
For beauty products i use The Ordinary facial products which are vegan. As a general thing to look out for on cleaning products, shampoos etc. is to look for the 'cruelty free' sign
